About
Since I was young, I’ve been drawn to design of all kinds: from creating calendars with paper and cardboard as a child to formatting and illustrating my own poetry book as a young adult. Now, as an emerging professional, I am passionate about interior design because it is more than a visual discipline—it also engages in environmental, architectural, social, and material analysis.
My design approach is to center distinctiveness, building each project from scratch by focusing on its unique characteristics at every step. Visually, I am inspired by the natural world with its many layers, vibrant colors, and organic textures. In every project I seek to combine a lively palette with visual balance and spatial organization.
As a designer I am guided by curiosity and sensitivity to the world around me. I view my work as an avenue for fostering meaningful connections to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. I believe good design is able to speak to the best of our humanity, and I believe good designers are essential to building a better future for all.
